The 2026 Winter Olympics in Cortina have officially begun, and it’s safe to say that the world is eagerly watching. Between sports fans, snow aficionados, and style savants all across the globe are eagerly awaiting the exciting events of the next few weeks.
When it comes to the fashion scene, we appreciate the art of the game, to be sure, but there’s plenty of thrill around the uniforms as well. Luckily, this year, Moncler has brought the best of the best to Milan with its collaborative uniform venture with Brazilian designer and creative Oskar Mehtsavat.
The ceremonial collection weaves Moncler’s signature visual codes and elements of Brazil’s emblematic cultural heritage together, resulting in a line that oozes pure athletic swagger.
At the buzzy opening ceremony, Olympic flagbearers Lucas Pinheiro Braathen and Nicole Silveira donned pieces from the line, offering a glimpse at the dynamic styles in action. Meanwhile, the rest of Team Brazil was spotted in blue and green styles, in homage to the country’s flag.
Among the array of looks designed for the occasion was Moncler’s iconic Karakorum jacket, reinterpreted in a new light. Sleek, sculptural, and technologically perfected for peak alpine performance, the silhouette brings together the very best of Moncler’s visionary style and Brazil’s vibrant culture.
