Fashion week may have passed through Paris earlier this month, but ahead of Paris Art Week, excitement began to brew amongst aficionados of fashion, culture, and design once again. Design Miami Paris, Thema Fair, AKAA, and Menart Fair, along with several other notable industry events, all took place during Paris Art Week, but capping them off is none other than Art Basel Paris, returning to the City of Lights once again for the fourth time since its inaugural event in 2022. Galleries from across the world—and the city—flock to the Grand Palais for several days‘ worth of programming, including exhibitions, events, and talks, but as per usual, there are a few presentations that have the crowd particularly stirred up.

„30 Blizzards“ by Helen Marten, presented by Miu MIu
„30 Blizzards,“ presented by Miu Miu and created by artist Helen Marten, is part of Art Basel Paris‘ public program this year, and incorporates a range of different disciplines. Exploring topics like femininity, history, and legacy, the project is divided into five parts that cover childhood, community, sexuality, interiority, and loss. Frenzied, dynamic, and sensorily captivating, this performance piece—which was put on by 30 performers—captured a wide range of emotions and concepts in a spectacle that left viewers in a potent emotional dialogue with the contents of the piece, still resonating with Marten’s vision even hours after they witnessed it.
The project is on public display at the Palais d’Iéna from Oct. 22 through Oct. 26, 2025.
Artycapucines VII: Louis Vuitton x Takashi Murakami
For the seventh edition of the Artycapucines initiative, Louis Vuitton and legendary artist Takashi Murakami join forces once again. Beyond the towering octopus looking out over the exhibition, the maison and the artist collaborated on 11 new Capucines pieces. Intertwining the Louis Vuitton universe of sophistication and enterprising design with Murakami’s unique, alluring signature style, the pieces are a must-see for any fans of fashion and design attending Art Basel Paris 2025.

Carol Rama at Fergus McCaffrey
In Art Basel Paris‘ Oh La La! section—organized around works dealing with themes of style, self-expression, elegance, and the political and social meaning of garments—is Carol Rama’s untitled piece from 1972, exhibited by Fergus McCaffrey. Between Rama’s visionary sketching and her inventive use of material and texture, this piece is a must-see for attendees interested in the intersection between fashion and visual art.
Ash Love at Exo Exo
Situated in the fair’s dedicated section for young, emerging artists is Ash Love’s alluring multimedia piece, „Les invitéexs.“ Crafted out of an array of materials varying in weight, texture, color, and luster, this piece is at the center of a project that explores the emotional weight of celebration, deepened by the artist’s use of personal photographs and narratives within the works.
