November marks the start of the most exhilarating time of year: shopping season. The clearance sales, exclusive savings events, and coveted first-access drops? It’s the Super Bowl for shoppers. Whether you’re hunting for holiday gifts, restocking your beauty staples, or rotating your wardrobe for the seasonal changes, November brings a whirlwind of can’t-miss deals and new launches.

For some, that can be a particularly stressful, anxiety-inducing time. There’s nothing worse than adding something you’ve been eyeing to your cart, procrastinating the plunge, and feeling that instant regret once it sells out. “We don’t know when or if this is going back in stock,” is truly, truly the worst message you can get (hence why planning ahead is key).

For beauty obsessives like myself, the highlight of the season is always the Sephora sale—though Ulta, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdale’s are all close contenders with irresistible offers that can’t be overlooked. It’s the perfect moment to map out your wishlist and strategize which retailers are offering the best steals so you can make the most of your budget.

In the spirit of shopping season, beauty brands are fueling the excitement with a lineup of fresh releases. There are limited-edition twists on cult favorites, brand new formulas, festive collections for gifting (or self-gifting), and even all-new brands with promising innovations to shake up the beauty world as a whole. Either way, there’s no shortage of launches to love. And L’OFFICIEL has kept track of the most exciting beauty debuts of November 2025 so you can curate your list, plan your haul, and make the most of the season’s buys.

Tom Ford adds yet another standout to its lineup of luxury lipsticks with the Reserve Lip Color, a high-impact formula featuring a satin finish and a silky, effortless glide. The Reserve Lip Color is available in five shades: Taormina Rose (a light cool-toned pink), Design Nude (a pink-toned nude), Rodeo Red (a deep, rich cool red), Madison Mink (a chocolate brown), and Scarlet Rouge (a warm, classic red).

In the spirit of the holidays just around the corner, Refy releases limited-edition sparkly favorites that are sure to become go-tos for the icy glam of the season. The Chrome Shimmer is a multi-purpose cream formula that adds a wintry, high-shine gleam to any look—whether you use it as eyeshadow, highlighter, or a lip topper. Then there’s the Chrome Lip Gloss, an equally glistening option that brings instant zhuzh and glow to whatever you’re wearing. Both are buildable, so you can dial things up or down, moving effortlessly from a clean-girl sheen to full high-glam drama.

Ever since Rhode released its now cult-favorite Peptide Lip Tints in 2023, fans have been begging for one thing (besides a fix for that grainy texture): a scented version of the original four shades. The wait is finally over. In celebration of founder Hailey Bieber’s birthday, Rhode is launching limited-edition scented versions of Ribbon, Toast, Raspberry Jelly, and Espresso, available exclusively on the brand’s website.

Each of the original four is infused with notes that reflect the mood of their shade: Ribbon (a sheer baby pink) smells like a swirl of vanilla soft serve; Toast (a rose taupe) smells like a toasty crème brûlée; Raspberry Jelly (a crushed berry) smells like a juicy raspberry; and Espresso (a rich cool-toned brown) smells like a spoonful of tiramisu.

Alongside the new scented Peptide Lip Tints, Rhode is introducing the Snap-On Lip Case, a MagSafe-compatible evolution of the viral Lip Case. The scented Lip Tints, limited-edition launches, and the Oversized Bubble Bag will all be available on rhodeskin.com starting November 12.

One of the most exciting launches this November comes from Hourglass Cosmetics founder Carisa Janes, who is introducing a new luxury beauty brand, Outside In. The first products in the debut lineup include the Floral Reserve Face Oil, the Silk Serum Foundation, and a complementary foundation brush.

While there’s certainly no shortage of foundations on the market, Outside In’s version distinguishes itself as a hydrating, lightweight formula with a liquid texture reminiscent of a true serum. It’s infused with skin-loving ingredients like niacinamide and hyaluronic acid, and it’s one of those rare foundations that genuinely looks and feels like “your skin, but better.” The finish is luminous and even, blending seamlessly whether you use a brush, sponge, or your fingers.

For cult-favorite beauty brand Charlotte Tilbury, there’s never a shortage of high-performance best-sellers. And it’s not just because of the picture-worthy, luxe packaging (though that certainly adds to the allure and the brand’s success over the years). It’s because, across every category, the brand consistently delivers on pigment, color payoff, and blendability. The newest addition, Hollywood Instant Look In A Palette, is no exception.

The palette comes in two versions: Dreamy, Bronzed Beauty (featuring darker, mauvy shades) and Pretty, Glowing Beauty (featuring lighter baby pinks).

If you’ve followed Charlotte Tilbury over the years, you would recognize the name: it’s a reimagined take on the brand’s original Instant Look In A Palette. But now, they’ve been updated with thoughtfully curated shades. Each palette features three eyeshadows, a highlighter, a bronzer, and two blushes, all housed in a sleek rose gold compact. As expected, the powders deliver that buttery, buildable pigment. And, of course, it’s true to its name: it’s everything you need for a full face in one easy-to-use palette, whether as the only one you’ll keep in your makeup drawer forever, or as your all-in-one travel essential.

Tarte is one of those brands that you might forget amidst the plethora of beauty options, but always end up returning to. Just last week, the brand launched a new addition to its cruelty-free lineup, the Glow Pot Eyeshadow. It’s available in four metallic shades: Champs (a metallic champagne), Rosé (a metallic rose gold), Spritz (a metallic copper), and Cosmo (a metallic burgundy).

While palettes may be ideal for a compact, all-in-one look, these pots shouldn’t be slept on. Wear them as a single wash of color for a quick, glitzy glam or as a final shimmery touch to a smoky look. Either way, you can count on the intense yet blendable pigment. What I love most about this, though, is that unlike many shimmer shadows that only pick up well with your fingers, this formula is compatible with both fingers and brushes, allowing you to build intensity however you prefer.  As a bonus, the shade Champs doubles as a blinding highlighter.

For beauty obsessives and casual shoppers alike, Mikayla Nogueira has quickly become one of the most trusted voices for makeup reviews. Earlier this year, the viral sensation debuted her own line of makeup prep skincare essentials at accessible price points, POV Beauty. This month, the brand launched its first foray into makeup with the Amp It Lip Kits, which include a lip liner and a lip tint.

The Amp It Lip Kits are available in six shades: Vanilla Latte, Strawberry Shortcake, Toasted Marshmallow, Rich Cocoa, Plum Cider, and Shirley Temple. And yes, each lip tint smells as delicious as it sounds. Beyond the sweet, delectable scents, however, the lip tints aren’t your average sheer gloss toppers; they pack in intense color that feels hydrating and nourishing. Meanwhile, the lip liners offer a creamy texture with rich pigment that’s buildable and layerable. And both are surprisingly long-wearing (up to four hours without touch-ups!), despite being creamy and soft.

For fans of Huda Beauty’s best-selling Blush Filter Liquid Blush, the brand is now introducing the beloved formula in a powder version, delivering the same soft-focus blurring effect, but with the buttery smoothness and blendability of a powder. Available in three palettes—Rose Berry, Toasty Peach, and Baby Pink—each compact includes three matte shades and one shimmer to create a seamless, customizable base with just a touch of glow. The sleek, compact packaging also makes them especially convenient for travel.

November 2025 Beauty Launches: Skincare & Bodycare

Gisou is no stranger to deliciously scented, high-performance products, and its newest launch, the Honey Glaze Collagen Therapy Lip Mask, is no exception. (And yes, it really does smell like honey). Infused with a collagen-derived active, Mirsalehi Honey, and hyaluronic acid, this lip mask leaves lips soft, cushioned, and moisturized through the colder months. It even reduces the appearance of lip lines.

Of course, there’s no shortage of viral-worthy lip masks on the market. They’re practically a winter essential, especially when you’re trying to keep the cracks, flakes, and wind burns at bay through the dry, bitter season. Most of the time, though, formulas can lean too thick, heavy, and outright uncomfortable—even for someone like me, whose tolerance for gloopy nighttime products is already unusually high. Gisou’s new lip mask isn’t one of those. Instead, it delivers a buttery, lightweight glide and performs just as well, if not better. The addicting honey scent really is just the cherry on top.

NakedBeauty rides the exosome trend with its ExoGlow Multi-Action Face Serum, a four-in-one treatment designed to rejuvenate and protect the skin in a single step. Combining exosomes, growth factors, polypeptides, antioxidants, vitamin C, and niacinamide, the serum hydrates, brightens, and helps smooth texture while improving elasticity and firmness. It targets visible signs of aging, helping to minimize fine lines, lift the skin, and boost collagen and hyaluronic acid production, all while supporting long-term skin health. Designed by Dr. Cat Chang, the serum delivers advanced, multi-level rejuvenation for a resilient, radiant, and youthful-looking complexion.

After being an avid user of Augustinus Bader’s skincare line for years, Dua Lipa partners with the scientist-developed brand for her own line of essentials: DUA by AB Science. The first launch, which just dropped this week, includes a moisturizer, serum, and cleanser. The formulas feature the same signature TFC technology, which enhances the skin barrier while enhancing elasticity. This time, the formula is much gentler and is better suited for skin with minimal to moderate damage and sensitivity.

“I created this skincare line to be my everyday essential—a skincare routine that’s clean, effective, and effortless,” Lipa said in a release. “It was incredibly important to me to work with a team who values the use of clean formulas and high-quality ingredients, and I knew I could trust Augustinus Bader to help bring this to life based on their attention to detail and the level of importance they place on the science that goes into each product.”

“Using their TFC5™ technology, the DUA Collection adapts to your skin’s unique needs, enhancing its health and resilience over time. My hope is that these become your daily essentials too—at home, on the go, and everywhere in between.”

Although the brand utilizes the same science as Augustinus Bader, Dua introduces a version that’s more accessible in terms of price.

Viral Korean skincare brand Medicube also recently launched its Azelaic Acid collection, featuring a foam cleanser, a toner, an exosome shot serum in two different concentrations, and a calming serum. Whether used as a full routine or individually, the collection promises to exfoliate the skin, improve texture, and reduce redness with consistent use. Exfoliation may feel intimidating to those with sensitive skin, but the line uses gentle concentrations of azelaic acid to support a more even complexion without stripping the skin’s natural moisture or being too harsh.

Murad is expanding its skincare lineup this fall with the Lipid-Enriched Double Cleansing Balm, a velvety, mess-free formula that removes over 99% of sunscreen, long-wear makeup, and waterproof mascara in a single step. Infused with fermented camellia oil, lipids, and ceramides, the balm cleanses without stripping the skin, transforming cleansing into the first step toward hydrated, radiant skin. Gentle enough for daily use, it supports the skin barrier while leaving the complexion refreshed, plump, and healthy-looking.

Noteworthy Scents is expanding its cult-favorite fragrance lineup into skincare with the launch of Body Butters, designed to nourish dry skin while extending the life of their signature scents. Available November 18th, the new collection includes three best-selling Eau de Parfums—Brightside, Sunlit Grove, and Amber Sunset—now reimagined as rich, moisturizing body butters. Formulated with shea butter, glycerin, grapeseed oil, and squalane, each butter locks in hydration without feeling greasy, supporting the skin barrier throughout the colder months.

The body butters mirror the moods of their corresponding fragrances: Amber Sunset evokes cozy winter evenings with amber and sandalwood; Sunlit Grove captures the warmth and brightness of sun-drenched mornings with mandarin, basil, and sandalwood; and Brightside wraps the skin in citrusy, creamy vanilla notes that feel like bottled sunlight. Designed for fragrance layering or standalone indulgence, these ultra-hydrating butters combine long-lasting scent with skin-softening benefits, making them a luxurious addition to any self-care routine.

With winter comes cold winds, which can lead to frizz and flyaways, even for fine hair types. That’s where Maria Nila’s new Gloss Coat Hair Treatment comes in. This heat-activated smoothing treatment keeps hair shiny, tames frizz, and even provides protection against humidity. The easy-to-use spray has a fresh, fruity-floral scent and helps maintain a sleek, polished hairstyle. Plus, its color-preserving formula ensures it won’t interfere with dyed hair.

November 2025 Beauty Launches: Fragrance

Loewe introduces The Crafted Collection, a new trio of fragrances that spotlights singular ingredients through the brand’s refined, conceptual lens: oud, iris, and vanilla, each becoming the center of their own olfactive universe. Bittersweet Oud pairs the resinous depth of ancient oud with bitter orange and soft sandalwood for a balance of earthy richness and bright freshness. Iris Root takes a more delicate approach, revealing the powdery, nuanced elegance of iris rhizome lifted by angelica seed and a citrus-tinged timut pepper. Roasted Vanilla leans warm and sensual, blending creamy vanilla with oakwood, cognac, and a hit of pink pepper for a bold, woody finish. Each fragrance is housed in a sculptural, handblown-glass–inspired bottle marked by organic bubbles and a granite cap, underscoring the collection’s artisanal spirit.

Hotel Lobby Candle is expanding beyond its cult-favorite home scents with its first-ever collection of fine fragrances. The brand is translating five of its bestselling candles—New York, London, Miami, Poolside, and Signature—into wearable Eau de Parfums, each designed as a travel-size spritz that brings the mood of its corresponding destination to skin. It’s a natural evolution for a brand built around escapism: instead of scenting a room, the fragrances are meant to accompany you everywhere, capturing everything from New York’s sleek, after-dark energy to London’s cozy, creamy warmth.

Each perfume reimagines its candle counterpart with a skin-hugging sensibility. New York leans sultry with suede, musk, and amber; London softens into a lavender-vanilla gourmand; Miami radiates with jasmine, white tea, and blonde woods; Poolside brings a sparkling mix of neroli, sea salt, and sunlit citrus; and Signature offers a clean, subtly luxurious blend of musk, sandalwood, and cashmere woods. All five launch as $48 travel-size EDPs—an approachable entry into fine fragrance and a fitting nod to the brand’s wanderlust roots.

LBTY. Fragrances introduces Liberty 1875, a smoky, tuberose-forward scent created in collaboration with the Royal Academy Schools as an ode to Liberty’s heritage. Housed in a striking, monochromatic vessel designed by artist Esther Gamsu—whose knitted, textural concept echoes the iconic timbers of Liberty’s flagship—the fragrance blends bergamot and juniper with heady tuberose, jasmine, and ylang-ylang, settling into a warm base of vanilla, spice, and tobacco. The result is an atmospheric, wood-paneled-room kind of perfume: moody, intimate, and made for unforgettable nights.

Billie Eilish unveils Your Turn II, a moodier, more magnetic evolution of her award-winning fragrance Your Turn. The new scent pushes the original’s intrigue into deeper, darker territory, opening with pimento berry and mirabelle plum before moving into a heart of fig nectar, black tea, and vanilla orchid. As it settles, vetiver, smoky olibanum resin, and cedarwood come forward, creating an earthy, addictive dry down that feels both grounded and quietly electric. Housed in a soft-touch matte reinterpretation of the original stacked-dice bottle, Your Turn II channels the mystery of late nights and the thrill of possibility.

Briony Raymond debuts her first signature fragrance, a joyful white-floral composition shaped by the brand’s belief that beauty feels most powerful when it carries meaning. Developed over two years with the same meticulous craftsmanship she brings to her jewelry, the scent layers natural jasmine sambac, tuberose, neroli, and orange flower with juicy stone fruits and honey, grounded by elegant notes of frankincense, cedarwood, sandalwood, and cashmeran. The result is a feminine, quietly luminous fragrance that feels both lived-in and deeply considered.

Briony Raymond Eau de Parfum, $685, Briony Raymond

Jimmy Choo adds yet another chapter to its I Want Choo fragrance line with I Want Choo With Love, a luminous floral-citrus take on the original. The scent opens with a burst of juicy raspberry and mandarin essence, softened by luminous orange flower petals that evoke the glow of golden hour. At its heart, a bouquet of roses, hibiscus, and freesia blooms with radiant intensity, while the base settles into a warm, sensual mix of vanilla, sandalwood, and musk. The result is an ode to confidence, joy, and connection.

Jimmy Choo I Want Choo With Love Eau de Parfum, $84-150, Sephora

Viktor&Rolf updates its best-selling Flowerbomb perfume with Flowerbomb Pretty Peony, a fruity-gourmand take on the original EDP. The fragrance opens with the juicy sweetness of ripe strawberries before unfolding into a heart of fresh peony—soft yet vibrant, evoking the effortless kind of femininity for which the brand is best known. As it dries down, notes of warm musk leave a subtle, sensual trail that lingers on the skin. Equal parts playful and provocative, it’s a modern reimagining of a “pretty” scent: sweet, confident, and just a little bit daring.

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Pretty Peony Eau de Parfum, $100-182, Sephora
